Job hunting (kind of)

Although Vancouver is 'booming' (apparently), I'm still looking for work. This is due more to me being picky than anything else, as literally every other retail and food store here has a 'help wanted' sign. But I strongly feel more dishwashing and checkout operation will seriously impair my will to live.
